2019 Grantees

The Northern Virginia Health Foundation makes strategic grants to nonprofit organizations that address the health care needs of residents of Northern Virginia, with particular emphasis on those who live in Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William counties and the cities of Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Manassas, and Manassas Park. The Foundation focuses its grantmaking on those organizations that address the Foundation’s priorities and promote its values.

Arlington Pediatric Center — $100,000 for general operating support

Arlington Free Clinic — $100,000 for general operating support

Greater Washington Community Foundation — $25,000 to support the Greater Washington Workforce Development Collaborative

Consumer Health Foundation (acting as fiduciary agent for Regional Primary Care Coalition and the Northern Virginia Health Services Coalition) — $30,000

Greater Prince William Community Health Center — $100,000 general operating support

HealthWorks for Northern Virginia — $100,000 for general operating support

Neighborhood Health — $100,000 for general operating support

Northern Virginia Dental Clinic — $100,000 for general operating support

Northern Virginia Family Service — $100,000 for general operating support of the behavioral health program

NOVA ScriptsCentral — $100,000 for general operating support

Virginia Oral Health Coalition — $1,000 for general operating support

Washington Regional Association of Grantmakers — $9,500 to support the Healthy Communities Working Group
